Over the last few months we have implemented a few changes in the Centre and streamlined the therapies we offer to concentrate on what we do best; the specialist Osteopathic care of musculoskeletal conditions and Psychotherapy & Counselling. Zubin and Mark have been successfully treating patients for over 8 years and continue to build a fantastic reputation for themselves. Mark's interest in Cranial Osteopathy continues to grow and runs a children's clinic every Thursday where parents can bring their children along for treatment of a variety of conditions, including glue ear, colic, difficulty settling and feeding. Zubin commonly treats back & neck pain, sports injuries and further specialises in the treatment of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (M.E). They both have completed a Kineso Taping course which is extremely effective in aiding the rehabilitation of muscular conditions. Kinesio treats a wide variety of conditions due to its ability to alleviate pain, reduce inflammation, relax the muscles, enhance performance and facilitate rehabilitation while supporting muscles in movement. This includes shoulder, knee and back injuries. http://www.kinesiotaping.co.uk Natasha has been joined by Simon to further strengthen our Psychotherapy & Counselling arm and offers therapy for stress, addictions, anxiety, self development, difficult relationships and various emotional issues. Penny, Dominika and Anna continue to offer Yoga and Pilates which aids the rehabilitation of back and sports injuries, improves flexibility and strengthens core muscles. They have been joined Jacqueline, who offers Astanga Yoga classes on a Tuesday and Thursday morning. Anna now runs Baby Massage course on a Monday afternoon.
