Cancellations

If you are unable to keep your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours advanced notice or 3 working days notice for Counselling and Psychotherapy, or you will be charged a cancellation fee.
 
Payment

We accept payment by cash or cheque.
 
Private Health Insurance
 
The centre is recognised by several health insurance companies. These include: Bupa, AXA PPP, Norwich Union, Cigna, Standard Life, WPA, HSA and Pru Health. Please check the terms and conditions of your individual policy and obtain the appropriate authorisation to confirm that you are covered for the full cost of the treatment. All patients are responsible for any unpaid fees.
