WIth very specifc requirements in my return to professional marathon running after having my first child last year and still breastfeeding, Dominika has set me a tailor made pilates based strength program that has worked on the weaknesses picked up through pregnancy and with the aim of providing the strength required to remain injury free running 90 miles a week. As a Mum and former professional athlete herself Dominika has provided me with a program that over the last two months has seen me run personal best times that are faster than before giving birth! I look forward to working with Dominika as my strength and conditioning coach in my attempt to qualify for the 2012 Olympic Marathon. I cannot recommned her expertise highly enough.

I decided to find a Pilates class because I was having recurrent lower back ache and, after having two children, realised that my core strength needed a lot of work. I am also still breast feeding and thought my posture was suffering as a consequence. Dominika is an excellent Pilates teacher who makes the classes fun but challenging. I could see the benefits of attending the classes within a few weeks and feel better, and stronger, for them. The time of the class is good as my partner can get back in time to take care of our two children. Dominika always suggests an alternative move if the exercise we are doing as a class is likely to compromise my back. She also thinks hard about the exercises and finds different ones so the class never becomes dull.

As a newcomer to Pilates I have really enjoyed my classes with Dom, she varies the exercises each time which keeps things interesting and pushes us more and more each week so feel like I am getting stronger & fitter with her classes.

Dominika is able to make Pilates fun and challenging at the same time. She varies the moves every week, so that I am never bored with the same routine.
Dominika's classes are small, meaning that she gives us all enough time to make sure that we are doing the moves right, and individually helps us to perform to the best of our ability.
I am getting married at the end of the year and have asked Dominika to help me tone up my arms, she makes sure that she has a variety of exercises for my arms every week. I would highly recommend her lessons.

After having some problems with my lower back, Zubin suggested I try out Dominika's Pilates classes on a Thursday evening to help strengthen my core. I am a complete beginner, but Dom is a very patient instructor and the small class sizes (5 max) means you are always guaranteed personal attention. The class is also fun and uses lots of different techniques to keep it interesting (Swiss balls/partner work etc). I felt more toned almost immediately and I am still coming to class 10 months on.
