Zubin Morar BSc (Hons) Ost, Principal and Osteopath
Since the age of sixteen, Zubin always had an interest in the human body but had a weak stomach when it came to the sight of blood. After some deliberation he opted to study osteopathy as it gave him the opportunity to learn more about the human body but without the gory bits!
Zubin graduated from the British School of Osteopathy (BSO) in July 2003. He started his career at an Osteopathic practice in Teddington and working for a tutor from the BSO at a practice in Feltham.
In July 2006 Zubin and a fellow Osteopath took on what was then known as the Sheen Osteopathic Clinic from its predecessor. They gave the practice an over haul and set about re-establishing its reputation in the local Sheen community.
In October 2007, Zubin took over sole responsibility of the practice and renamed it Sheen Therapy Centre.
With a dedicated team, Zubin has expanded the centre into offering a variety of therapies. He himself has further developed his osteopathic skills by completing the BSO Cranial course and more recently his training to become a Perrin Technique Practitioner.
He now also offers treatment of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS)/Myalgic Encephalopathy (M.E), using the world renowned Perrin Technique. Zubin is licensed to practice this and is currently only one of two Osteopaths in the South West London area who has this qualification.
Zubin runs a general clinic from Monday to Saturday where he treats patients ranging from newborn’s to the elderly, suffering with a variety of ailments.
He is a member of the General Osteopathic Council (GOSc) and British Osteopathic Association (BOA).

Claire Rudderham, Aromatherapist & Reiki Practitioner
Claire Rudderham obtained her initial Diploma qualification in Aromatherapy after studying for a period of 18 months. Aromatherapy operates on two levels, firstly it uses the widely accepted benefits of body massage, and secondly it combines this with the inhalation of essential oils. Consequently, clients can be treated with a full or part body massage to absorb the oils into their body or alternatively, they can treat themselves to a custom blend consultation, and the oils blend can be taken away with the client and used within their home.
Claire is continuing to build her knowledge and is currently studying an advanced course in Aromatherapy to provide specialist treatments for those suffering from a variety of illnesses including M.S, M.E, Skin conditions, Cystic Fibrosis and emotional states such as SAD, Anxiety, Depression and Grief. She is also very interested in developing Aromatherapy massage for children and young adults to aid and support them in times of stress such as Family Break-Up, Grief, and Stress or indeed to help them unwind and support them during exams or the numerous hormonal changes they experience during Adolescence. Claire is a fully warranted Scout Leader and consequently holds a full CRB check to enable her to work with children in this field.
Initially Claire trained as a Reiki Practitioner at The Hitchin Natural Therapy Centre and qualified after a two year period. She is happy to combine this energy healing with her Aromatherapy treatments depending on the symptoms presented and the client's personal preference.
Claire continues to study and increase the range of treatments she can provide, including Hot Stone Therapy, Pregnancy Massage and teaching Baby Massage.

Having gained her Psychology degree from Nottingham University, and after spending years working as a Business Analyst in the City, Carolyn chose to re-train as a psychotherapist after the birth of her second child. She spent seven years studying psychotherapy at Spectrum, a UKCP member organisation, and she is committed to ongoing study, research and supervision at Spectrum. Over the past four years she has been working as a psychotherapist with children, for an organisation called The Place to Be, with adults at Richmond MIND and at her private practice in Kew, and now Sheen Therapy Centre.
Carolyn works within the humanistic/integrative tradition of psychotherapy, which means that each person is treated as unique and with their own particular combination of characteristics and issues, and that the therapy they receive will be a drawn from many fields of learning, as appropriate to their needs. Carolyn’s own personal and professional experience is that we can improve the quality of our lives through a better awareness of ourselves and others, and by starting, to change unhelpful habits and ways of thinking. Her style of working is conversational and exploratory, and she has had experience of working with both men and women across a wide range of issues.
